A friend recommended Keyta at Brooks Hair Therapy to me and after seeing her before and after pictures of her keratin treatment, I was sold! I wasn’t sure my neglected hair would transform as magically as my friend’s but figured it was worth a shot as I go back to work from my maternity leave to a new job tomorrow. My hair had been neglected for years, literally trimmed by my daughter when I got desperate She did the keratin treatment and I was STUNNED. I seriously went from hag to supermodel, at least my hair did she is seriously a wizard or a magician or something! This is the best thing I could have done for my hair, it is smooth and shiny and I feel better about going into a professional environment now. My mom said it looked like a whole new head of hair! It’s a trip. Check her out if your hair needs some love! Her husband works there too, they’re a team so they can do all kinds of hair, male and female. They’re also a Military Veteran family! It’s a win-win-win. Seriously cool people, very chill environment and AMAZING hair. I know where my family will be coming from now on. Super reasonable prices too for the magic she works.

Did an amazing job with my hair! Knows how to work with all hair types! Used proper measures of protection when doing hair. Made sure I wasn’t allergic to any products and explained thoroughly what they were doing with my hair. Felt comfortable, safe, and she took good care of my post-quarantine hair. If I could give no stars or half a star I would… Very unprofessional. Makes appointments with you then messages that something came up the day of the appointment. Not once but twice. An then wants to get upset with you when your not understanding of her situation like if you didn’t have plans or something going on as well. Just rude in my opinion and makes excuses… Not worth the time making an appointment if your just gonna get stood up!
