Jenn has been doing my hair for years and my pedicures since the nail bar opened. She’s a wealth of knowledge and experience, has a gift for addressing complex nail issues, and is an inspirational woman. (She’s an Army vet, too!) I have had a couple dip manicures done since they opened and have been very happy with the results. This past week I had a pedicure with Sky and she was AWESOME! Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery small, low budget nail shop. Pedicure chairs are not actual pedicure chairs. It’s small little foot soakers you can buy on Amazon with a not so comfy arm chair. My cuticles were not pushed down or cut back neither was the thicker skin that forms up the side of the big toe nail. No type of dead skin removal on the bottoms of feet and no type of massage. Essentially I got a foot soak, light file and toe paint for the price of the pedicure.I wanted a gel mani as well but the shop does not have matching colors like normal nail shops do so my toes & nails ended up being different colors- thankfully I was able to coordinate them. Manicure was as bad as the pedicure. No soaking to soften the cuticles, they were not cut back. I had two broken nails & asked that my nails be cut down so they were all even. Didn’t happen. Nails all different shapes despite pointing at the picture of the shape I usually get in a picture on the wall. The gel that was used started peeling after 4 days and my nails will usually hold gel 2-3 weeks. Very small, low budget nail shop. Pedicure chairs are not actual pedicure chairs. It’s small little foot soakers you can buy on Amazon with a not so comfy arm chair.
