I typically will only go to Bella I just love the way she does my nails. she is so precise and takes her time to make sure her work is her absolute best. She is very talented and always does what u ask for! The one guy who works there who they call T is also very talented and does a great job as well!! Very clean and nice place to be while getting a service done. They are definitely pricey that is the one main down fall. I typically will only go to Bella I just love the way she does my nails. she is so precise and takes her time to make sure her work is her absolute best. She is very talented and always does what u ask for! The one guy who works there who they call T is also very talented and does a great job as well!! The gentleman here that greets you at the door and service you is very ignorant he has poor people and social skills. Instead of him telling me the wait time would be about an hour and him giving me the option to wait, he told me I couldn’t be serviced today because there’s to many pedicures ahead of me . This is my third time experiencing this type of treatment from him this year.

I have been regularly coming here since I moved to the area and I have read some of the reviews. I will say as someone who has always gotten gel or dip gel, after Mother’s Day on Thursday-Sunday in the summer, you really need an appointment. Countless people walk in and are stand-offish to the staff when people have appointments and have booked the day up. Thursday’s and Friday’s in the summer will always be busy. That being said, my dip gel lasts FOUR weeks. For the price, that’s unbeatable in my opinion. I haven’t tried the regular gel polish because I’m a full dip convert now, but I could probably make it last longer, but my nails grow out so I look ridiculous by week four. The service is nice as well. They don’t rush you but at the same time, you’re not there for hours. Their color selection is also nice for the dip I get. The negative reviews don’t make any sense in my opinion 🙂

New to the area and walked in here randomly since I was looking for a new salon near home. I’ve been 3 times so far, and I’m pretty satisfied. I appreciate the fact that they don’t try to cram everyone in and they take their time with serving you (they will tell people to come back instead of waiting inside for an hour). Took off one star because my gel typically chips in a week instead of lasting two weeks.

They don’t answer the phone and then when you go in to get serviced they tell you they’re so busy you need to make an appt. How can I do that if you don’t answer the phone? I got a full set here and 3 of them popped off like press ons within 3 days and I went back 3 times to get it fixed and was turned away due to them being busy when I also tried to call several times to set up an appt so now I either have to go somewhere else and have mismatched nail colors or pay another $50 for a whole new set somewhere else. Extremely disappointing I had been coming here for a long time but never again after this.
