This is my first time having Botox done and I truly was nervous. Before my procedure, Brooke Nix and her assistant really took the time to explain everything to me. She was so gentle and quick, and I truly would recommend her to anyone. The staff was welcoming when I first got there I mean it was just an overall great experience. Brooke and her team are so amazing. There’s no words to put together to describe my experience today! I have a super bad needle phobia, so bad it brings me to tears. Brooke and her team were so kind and supportive and understanding of what I was going through! She hit every single one of my goals and was so in-tune with what I wanted! Extremely disappointed in my filler results. I had fillers done that are lumpy and in the wrong places with a product used that in her words might have been “too thick” after I told her exactly what was used on me with my previous injector that worked great.
