Sam was a no call no show. I booked an appointment online several weeks ago and made a deposit for a spray tan. 2 weeks before my appt Bronzed KC confirmed with me that we were still on. Appt day comes, after Sam was 30 min late I text to make sure we are still on…no response. I try calling several times…no answer. 3 hrs after my scheduled appt I text Sam again to let her know that she should have called me if she wasn’t going to make it. Still no response. I am sure I won’t get my deposit back. I understand that things come up but this is not an acceptable way to run a business. I would have been fine with the appt being canceled if I had time to book a tan somewhere else before my vacation.
