I have been using BBTB services for I believe almost 4 years now and have never been disappointed with the quality of her work. She makes my tan dreams come true. It was my first time ever being spray tanned and of course I was skeptical since I didn’t want to be orange, but that was the complete opposite what I got from BBTB. Miranda was so sweet and made you feel VERY comfortable. She is always open to you asking questions and giving her feedback. I was recommended by a friend of mine to use Miranda for an in home spray tan. It was my first time ever being spray tanned and of course I was skeptical since I didn’t want to be orange, but that was the complete opposite what I got from BBTB. Miranda was so sweet and made you feel VERY comfortable. She is always open to you asking questions and giving her feedback. I’ve been utilizing Miranda’s services for a few years now and she’s hands down the best in the biz! She’s punctual, thorough and very reasonably priced for the outstanding service she provides. She’s kind, quick and professional and always recommends the best color for whatever event I have coming up – I’m a redhead and REAL white and it always looks so natural and beautiful. One time BBTB had a family emergency come up and we had to reschedule my appointment. I completely understood because sometimes things do happen that our so out of our control, and a tan will never be more important than family! I never once expected a discount or anything of that matter from BBTB because they did not need to do that nor did they need to apologize for having a family emergency. However, I received the most sincere apology and a discount. I absolutely love Miranda and her business she’s created. I’ve always had such good response time from her and she’s doing this whole thing herself WHILE pregnant. She’s so dedicated to her clientele and her services. It shows. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. The prices are incredible for her coming to your house. I really can’t wrap my head around how she profits honestly. I’d personally pay more for her service, it’s that good.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy initial impression of bronze by the bay, was “omg I love that its a mobile service, very convenient,” but my experience with the owner, Miranda was not the best. She’s not very professional, she uses her business instagram page to blast her own clientele by posting screen shots of their conversation. I had a couple of friends of mine tell me that they are afraid of giving her negative feedback or making suggestions due to fear of being blasted on social media. I told her I was dissatisfied with the color since I had requested a dark tan and my skin looked like it didn’t even have a tan, it looked pretty white still, I even provided proof (pictures) of how white my skin still looked, she got super defensive and tried insinuating it was me, that it could be my hormones, time of the month, or certain pills (which none of these reasons applied to me BTW, haha I don’t even take vitamin pills). She kept saying that her “solution was not the problem,” and later fired me! and a few weeks later she purchased a completely different solution. Just really unbelievable and unprofessional. The feedback is an important component for effective learning especially good for improving your business, if you can’t handle feedback from your clientele then you shouldn’t run a business. My initial impression of bronze by the bay, was “omg I love that its a mobile service, very convenient,” but my experience with the owner, Miranda was not the best. She’s not very professional, she uses her business instagram page to blast her own clientele by posting screen shots of their conversation.
