Critical: ProfessionalismI arrived at 6:54pm to tan, they did not let me tan, stating they take their last tanner at 6:45. I explained that I called and they didn’t answer, It would have been nice to know that before driving up to the salon, but again they didn’t answer their phone. There is also no mention of this on their website. I arrived at 6:54pm to tan, they did not let me tan, stating they take their last tanner at 6:45. I explained that I called and they didn’t answer, It would have been nice to know that before driving up to the salon, but again they didn’t answer their phone. There is also no mention of this on their website. I paid for a month of tanning and can’t even enjoy it.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI started going to B&B about 2 months ago. There is always a bed open for me when i get there. So far no waiting. The staff is super friendly and dont mind a little chat here and there. Its clean and fresh towels are always provided. After tanning there is a table for body spray and hair spray if your on the go afterwards. Thats the first time i have seen that offered before. I started going to B&B about 2 months ago. There is always a bed open for me when i get there. So far no waiting. The staff is super friendly and dont mind a little chat here and there.
