Loved this place! Today (01/18/23) was my first time getting a spray tan and the young lady working the front desk was so wonderful. She answered all my questions and helped me pick out my shade without ever making me feel dumb. Once we got everything picked out she took me back and showed me how everything worked and what to expect. She was so sweet! I’ll definitely be returning!

I visited Bronzed for a quick spray tan the day before my bridal shower. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my concerns and recommended products based on my needs and skin. I felt so comfortable in the private tanning booth. After rinsing as recommended I had the most beautiful natural spray tan. I will definitely be back to Bronzed for my tanning needs. I would recommend Bronzed to any of my family and friends.

When the spray tan booth works it is the BEST. However, it is consistently down. I have gone multiple times only to have the arm not move and spray the same section multiple times. You usually don’t know it’s going to do that until it’s too late and you have already been sprayed.

I have used this salon for a while now. I moved out of hot springs about 7 months ago and still drive here. I usually receive great service. Today, I drove in and asked for what I usually do except I added a session in the stand up after my spray. I’ve used it once before and you just pressed start. After my spray I attempted to get in but it wasn’t working. Fooled with it for a bit and finally decided to ask for help. She responded “well you have to press start” I didn’t think I heard the snarky ness right so I said I’m sorry? She said I’ll just do it. I said okay and stepped back in the room. Waited for another few minutes and popped back out to ask if I should be doing something..she comes back annoyed and says you have to wait 3 minutes..I didn’t understand. She said I have to start it up here and you wait, you can’t start it back here anymore; I said, you said to press start a bit ago? She said just wait another minute. I said okay…went back to the booth and waited until it turned on. Finally it comes and I can have my session..I felt like if something changed it should have been communicated or the machine could have been explained since it was a change..I didn’t feel like I was treated with a helpful attitude but annoyance. I left my session today feeling pretty low..

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis was SO SO NICE clean friendly and the bed was like a Cadillac of beds and that was at MESIUM PACKAGE PEOPLE I’ve tanned many of places . And this slot is NEW ! I had to try it !!!! I love it ! And it’s a great place , I went to bronzing beds and it was AGAIN SO FREAKING NICE I give it 32 stars that’s not an option tho . I’ll have to stick with 5! Thanks for opening up here in town ! I love you guys ! I think that this place is the best tanning place in hot springs, bulbs are great. I had tanning sessions at another place, came here and I got a little burnt after being at this other place for 2 months (of corse NOT going every day)
