Been going here for almost 5 years now, one issue is there’s no easy way to talk to the owner / a manager, it’s always just a brand new young girl there. The problem that needs discussed is the one expensive platinum bed (2) at the indiana location is broken, it doesn’t cool down enough or get enough air flow and it’s illegally hot. I threw up after using it for only 2 minutes, Another huge issue ive had recently is getting there at 735/740 and the door is locked and the girl pretends not to see you. No reason I shouldn’t be able to use my package a half hour before close. When they do let me in around then they actually ask if i will do half the time? If you’re in such a rush to leave before it’s even time to close get a job where people don’t have packages they paid for already.

Overall, it is ok. The locks of the doors of some rooms need fixed and the last few times I have tanned my lay down bed was dirty. Great business just needs a little TLC. And I am not sure if it is the cleanest way to use the same rag to clean all the beds.

Clean environment however wont ever return there. Got a tanning package for my daughter for her Senior prom and Katie was so rude and condescending from day 1. She talks about staff and customers behind their backs the entire time. Caught her talking about my daughter and her friend not knowing that I was sitting there as her Mother. Rolls her eyes like a bratty teenager at customers. Not welcoming or easy to talk to at all, very short answers to any questions we had. She started an arguement with 2 teenagers for no reason at all. She and she alone is the reason I will never return here or recommend this otherwise good company to anyone. It only takes one bad person to ruin an experience or company for you and Katie is that person. Owner is supper nice though. She definitely needs to work on her people skills or not work in public.

Very clean, great beds and good service. I had tanned at another salon for over 11 years until it burned and closed. Came to Bronze FX and I absolutely live the place. I got the best tan I’ve had in years. You can choose from lay down beds or stand up booths. They have several packages to choose from and good specials each month. If you’re looking for a great tanning salon in Indiana this is the best.

I love this place! Everything about it is great. The location/building, equipment, staff, atmosphere etc. All nice modern equipment, super friendly staff and owner, very accommodating, very clean and vibrant building, great hours and good pricing. I wouldn’t tan anywhere else! Highly recommended!
