Very clean, friendly staff, convenient hours. UPDATE 11/2/22 Still great, hot beds, got tan for vacation in very few visits. They keep the place really clean. Staff at front desk always smile & make me feel welcome! Update 1/7/22 new faces at reception desk today, still the same welcoming smiles & polite, don’t think I would go anywhere else but here…hot beds…luv the stand-up, so clean everywhere here.

I’ve been tanning at this location for years and I know it has changed hands a couple times. I’ve had nothing but great things to say about the staff, the atmosphere and the business itself up until recently. I have called and made same day appts many times and had no issue a majority of the times but today was the fourth time in the last few months where I made a same day appt, and then it comes time for my appt and they have no record of it. I’m not sure if it’s just someone making the appt then forgetting to enter it in the computer because they get busy or what but it’s becoming very frustrating. I only live about 20 minutes from the tanning salon so it isn’t super far but it’s irritating to drive out to Delavan to find out my appt wasn’t written down and they can’t get me in. I hope whatever glitch is going on gets figured out because I’ve always loved tanning here.

Awesome place for tanning! The staff is nice and the beds are hot and clean. Very clean! They run great specials from time to time. Where I come from it’s hard to find a tanning place that does walkins without monthly subscriptions but Bronze Bootique does!

Had a mani/pedi done here, the best I’ve ever had! Melissa is amazing! She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable and you legit think you’ve been friends for years. She goes out of her way to do the little extras that other places wouldn’t even think about! Everything is clean and safe. Great atmosphere. I’m never going anywhere else again. The rest of the staff that I encountered there was super nice and down to earth and it felt like a happy family. Absolutely love this place!

Normally love it. Today the girl started the bed before I got there. I only do. 9 minutes. Well needless to say I got 6 minutes today. By the time I walked down the hall and got undressed. Didn’t start my music or it would have been less. Boo polite young lady.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismBefore the pandemic my friend purchased a package and only used a few Sessions. He recently called to go tan and was told he didn’t have anything left. ( he should of had 7 left)So he went in there and was told he only had 1 left so he used it.Then was told that because a year had passed he didn’t have a package anymore and that they were no longer reimbursing. So when he called and was told he had nothing left! Why did he have one tan left but no package??? It doesn’t make sense ! And because of the pandemic he should be reimbursed. He also said that the top of the tanning bed had dust and finger prints all over it which makes me think that it is not being properly cleaned! We both used to go to the one in Elkhorn and never had any complaints. Literally the cleanest and nicest tanning salon I’ve ever been too! The beds are incredible-very high tech. Staff are super friendly, very outgoing and willing to help! 🙂 Would highly recommend! 🙂

I’ve been tanning at this business for 20 years, but recently there was an issue with my girlfriend NOT getting her last two tans. It took the owner Jonah almost 3 weeks to get back to me after a half dozen messages for her to call. My girlfriend and i recently bought 2 – 20 packages each and Jonah finally called. She insisted the tans must have been used and she kept talking over me. I was explaining to her i understood customer service but she said she didn’t care. At my request i’m getting a refund. Sad for a business to lose a 20 year customer over 2 tans.
