First time ( buy 1 get 1) the spray tan formula was out. I have had spray tans before, so I knew it wasn’t right. Told associate, she turned the nozzle (knowing full well it was out) told me to try again. Nothing again. She told me it had worked, but wouldn’t show up until next day. Nothing showed up as formula was empty. 2nd time, a year later, my daughter and I went. Both spray tans were very blotchy and the back half of my spray didn’t work. Buyer beware

The girls are nice but I used their beds several times and wore my watch each time and there is barely a difference. There were facial bulbs and body out in most of the beds that I used between December and January 2022. I chose not to renew my membership for this reason. Tanning

I went and got a spray tan and the lady promised me I wouldn’t come out Orange or splotchy well guess what I did tried to get a refund and the lady called the owner she said I used the product so she’s not refunding my money… That’s fine this is your business and I’m your billboard and I go on vacation Sunday I will never ever go there again guess she don’t care about the satisfaction of her customers. I have tanned at Bronze and Beyond for years.. 9/23/2020- while tanning my bed caught on fire. The fire department was called to shop. What is concerning is the owner never showed up or reached out to see if I was ok. I thank God – he protected me yesterday Because I could have been electrocuted. I was also told yesterday all she was worried about was it being on Facebook.

I have been going here for about 3 years now off and on. I will not go back!!! I do not use tingle tanning lotion therefore, I should not have it on me when i get out of their tanning bed!! My back, bottom, and the back of my arms and legs are red, itching and throbbing do to these unsanitary conditions. The only reason they got 1 star is the staff is friendly and you have to give them at least one or you cant post.
