Been tanning here all year. They have recently hired some new help that is completely inept. They’re NEVER at the counter when you come in. You may stand there with no one around to check you in for quite awhile once you arrive. The new staff have no interest in bothering to know a customer’s name. This week, the same girl asked me my name 4 days in a row. Very VERY unprofessional. I’m ready to cancel my membership because it’s such a hassle. I do not recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI purchased a lotion in September of 2020 for $75 and was told they had a special going and I would get double minutes to use. I used three sessions in October. I go in January of 2021 and am told I need to purchase a session. One employee says I can use credits only towards lotion, another says no the credits are only for tanning, but they can’t figure out my account. I called today and was told I should’ve never been told I qualified for the special because I wasn’t VIP. So, I have no minutes and will need to pay. No thanks. Will go to another establishment where the staff knows what’s going on. The girl who sold me the lotion said she needed to get a couple more sales to win the prize they were giving away to employees that month. Makes me wonder if this person knew I wouldn’t get the double minutes, but got the she got the sale of a $75 lotion. First they messed up and charged my wife for 2 months $140 that was supposed to have been canceled, then when that gets paid 4 hours later said she owed another $3, then got charge $45 instead of $4.50 and they didnt know how to refund it and wont let her tan.
