This would be a great place to tan IF they would change the bulbs in a timely fashion. They do have good quality beds but that doesn’t matter much when the bulbs need changed. I’ve had a level 5 membership since they got the brand new bed in November 2019 (I’ve been a client for 8yrs) and it still has the original bulbs in it. I’ve been trying to get an answer from the staff for 3 months about when the bulbs will be changed but no answers. They give you a long line about lotion and bed rotation (which I have always done anyway and I use a variety of high end lotions) and make you feel like there must be something wrong with you and your body being the reason for not getting good results. It’s condescending to say the least. I’m an experienced tanner and I managed salons for years, so I know the difference between good bulbs and ones that need changed. It’s not all bad though, the staff is mostly friendly and it’s clean. The new location is smaller but it’s nice. I would love to recommend this salon, however if they aren’t going to keep up with bulb changes, I just can’t.

I have been a Level 5 VIP member for a few years. In December my mother passed away and I knew I was going to be out of town for several weeks dealing with that and not be able to use the services. The person working the last time I was in told me “no worries” you are not in a contract and can “freeze” your account for a month and resume your monthly payment in January. The $85.99 came out of my account today, I go to tan and they tell me I owe another $90 something dollars. I’m disappointed that they did not honor what they told me. I do not recommend VIP memberships, you will end up being screwed like me!

Wow!! Extremely clean! Amazingly friendly staff (Brooke was super helpful!)! Quality beds AND a chilled lemon towel for after tanning to close pores and remove that tanning odor…yes, please!! Highly recommend!

Wish they had more level 1 beds like the old location in Oaklandon. The levels 1 beds are the most used there and have to wait for 20-30 min or more just for a level 1 every time. Wish they also had one lay down and stand up for level 2

I bought a pass last july only used it 4 times .and had a family member catch covid .and couldnt gnot go for awhile and then same Aunt caught cancer and was by her side any way did not use all my password .called the woman from the store she was rude and said I should of used it anyway and could not do anything about it .I asked for supervisor and she gave me a number she claim was customer service.left a message a month ago and still no response .? I have never had a problem here been going here for about 3 years but now I don’t think I will be coming back if there staff is going to be rude like that I was just asking a simple question…and sense you don’t wanna call me maybe this will get your attention to have your employees to treat us better .
