The customer service was great. This was my first time at the Katy location. I usually would go to the Westhimer location with no issues. Although I don’t know if I should come back to this location, my tan is horrible, the color was uneven and I went to get a touch up with Gaby and she was really nice but wasn’t able to get the stain out of my hands and it’s really embarrassing because I have a graduation ceremony to attend and I’m not going to be able to hide it. So I’m stuck with orangy hands…( I tried baby oil and rubbing alcohol still didn’t come off)
