If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I had several confirmations of my appointment, even 1 2 hours prior to my appointment. I showed up to a locked door, I stood in the hallway for 20 minutes, I called several times and was greeted by a full mail box. I was leaving for Mexico the next day, in a panic I called a nearby salon and they fit me in. They were great, and professional. If I were you I would skip this place and book Josephine at The Hot Spot Tannery.

I left multiple desperate voicemails because of a need to change my appt time and never gotten a phone call back… like ever. The times I have been sprayed here I will say, it’s a great spray tan – which makes it even more upsetting it seems to be more of an organizational/customer service issue. I came here before prom to get a natural-looking tan, and I came to just the right place! Shelley was so nice and asked me what level of tan I wanted. At prom a couple days later, people commented that I looked “glowing,” but my tan didn’t look fake at all!

I booked an appointment to get a spray tan with them last week, because I was going to be having my bachelorette party this past weekend. I had received a confirmation email, with the time. However, when I showed up, no one was there & their door was locked. I tried calling but I could hear the phone ringing through the door & no one picked up. After waiting 15 minutes in the hallway, I decided to try going to another salon down the street & thankfully they got me in with no appointment. Otherwise I would’ve been out of luck! I left bronze & beauty a voicemail & no one ever called me back…. so that is why I’m leaving a bad review. Definitely will not be booking with them in the future.
