I liked this place and my nails turned out alright. I am giving 3 stars because my nail tech started rushing once her next client came and messed up one of my nails, and because they are expensive. Well overpriced in my opinion.

Love broken nail boutique every time! Nails, hair, and service are all top notch. Everything is spotless, which is reassuring. Only downside is they are always packed so you need to make an appointment a good amount of time ahead of when you’d like to come.

Absolutely amazing. Beth is the best. Love my poly gel nails with flower. I know when my nails have been done right they grow like weeds. One week later and my nails look great even with the new growth.

This place is a real gem! The nail techs are all very lovely. I like to say I have a favorite, but really they all do a remarkable job. They all follow the same protocol so you can always count on a consistently great job. I have only gone for pedicures. They do offer other services that I plan to check out in the future like facials and lashes. One of things that drew me to Broken Nail in the first place was that they offer impeccable cleaning and sanitation. They use products that are single use so NO contamination! Anything that can’t be thown-out goes through a hospital grade sterlization process. So that is so very reassuring to know that I can relax and enjoy my services and not worry if things were cleaned properly. They also don’t use whirlpool jets which is great because the jets are breeding ground for bacteria! The place itself if super cute too! It’s on the second floor and it kind of feels like your up in the clouds in a very nice way. Everyone is super friendly and it seems like they have a team atmosphere. You can sometimes even get in on the same day for an appointment. So that’s always helpful, but even when I can’t get in same day I always wait! It’s so worth it! The quality of the service is something you would expect from a high end spa~and the prices are great!

Pedicure lady was good, and nail lady got acrylic stuck every where. Under my nails was thick and not flat my cuticles where stuck with acrylic in the worst way, and after the nails came off which only lasted 9 days my natural nail was so damaged.

Let’s start with how much everyone makes you feel like your are talking to an girlfriend you haven’t seen in years! All of the ladies are warm and friendly. They also use REAL gel not that fake powder every else. My nails are able to grow! This is my new favorite place.
