Edited to one star after living with the mess that is my hair for a couple of weeks: Not impressed. My stylist was late and I was the first appointment of the date. Walked in 10 minutes late, set up her stuff, and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge her tardiness. She did not address a troublesome area of my hair that I pointed out and asked for help with. The layers she put in are uneven and blended only on one side – I have a section of hair in the front that is visibly shorter than the rest and sticks out whether I wear my hair wavy or straight, plus it looks like the hair was thinned on one side but not the other. So, I can’t style my hair and it looks like I’ll have to put in a ponytail until it grows out – not a great everyday look for a professional woman. Will never return here. Second worse haircut of my whole 56 years!

I went in for roots and highlights. I specifically said no yellow or orange. I asked again before the stylist put the product on my hair….”no yellow or orange right”…. I came out w yellow and peach hair. $250 later…. My roots are different color than the rest of my hair….roots orange and rest is yellow. In all my years I’ve never had such horrible results. Why don’t I get them to fix it? No friggn way will they touch my hair again. 🙁

My grandson who is 4 years old got a horribly just cut here. They chopped his hair. It was so uneven it was terrible they said they don’t do refunds but there was no more to cut to make it better. Its been months and we are still waiting for the short hair to grow back. They cut some parts of his hair horribly short. Supercuts does a better hair cut than them.

Getting a haircut from this place is hit or miss. Never know who you are going to get so be ready for a really good month of nice hair or a hurried lady who could care less what you say. Too much competition out there to no get a good haircut. My personal experience is to avoid Brockway’s revolving door of stylists.
