I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area about seven years ago. There are cheaper barbershops around but anything good quality is worth a few extra dollars, besides some of us need all the help we can get to look good so it’s worth it. I’ve had several guys cut my hair, all great, but my usual go-to is Manny. He’s never given me a bad haircut and I come out of there looking more fly than I deserve.

I was here yesterday to only get a shape up which cost me 40 dollars. I felt as if though they had something against me for charging me with such a high price for a shape up. Manny was believed to be a good barber, but gives me a different price to pay each time i go there. The barbers make up a price on the spot. I don’t see the prices being listed when i go inside. I will be Going back to Perth Amboy for a haircut which only costs me 12 bucks for a haircut, eyebrows, and beard work in a more timely manner.

I appreciate a quick cut like anyone else, especially with a barber I’m familiar with, but not my first time at both a shop and barber I’ve never been to before. My cut felt rushed (under 10-15 minutes with scissor work) and barber was a bit aggressive turning and pushing my head to the positions needed. Never got to see what was being done in mirror to make sure cut was to my specifications, no post-cut mirror check to check the sides and back. Not the best cut I’ve gotten, not the worst cut either, but overall experience was definitely subpar.

Went today 6/22 after calling Sat and being told I could come in today, I was advised I needed appt and it must be made on Vagaro, explained to Rico it does not work for me, hand him my phone and even he couldn’t do it, basically I was told “oh well !” well “oh well” last time I come here I’ve been a customer for 2 yrs, found another local place and got a great haircut for $22 glad business so good after a 3 month hiatus that you can kick loyal customers to the curb….

So happy this place is on Vagaro now. Making a reservation is way easier now and they’re usually honored on-time, too. The quality has always been present here, and now that accessibility is as well, it’s definitely the best barbershop around. Haircut

My husband had an appointment and was attended by Jason. He was getting a haircut after 2 long years. Jason was patient and did a meticulous job in cutting his unkempt, long and curly hair. We all loved the hair cut and the beard trim. I highly recommend making an appointment and am sure you will be pleased with the outcome.

Mike was my barber… Very accomodating to my requests… Great atmosphere… I got lucky just walking in just at opening because 5 minutes later the place was fully staffed and all appointments filled… Recommend calling ahead or going to the website to make an appoimtment… Thanks again Mike…
