Lisa and her team are consistently the best. The appointment never feels rushed and there is such care and attention put into every service. Lisa has been able to replicate nail inspiration pictures I’ve brought her, and has always done an excellent job. There is nowhere else I would go now that I’ve discovered this gem. Your money is well spent at Broadway Nails!

The polish looks mostly fine and I could tell they were really over booked, so I’m giving them 2 stars. But we (me and one other person) made an appointment for pedicures together, and it still took 15-30 minutes respectively to get us each in. Even then, the only reason mine started 30min pas the appt is because we had to ask someone who was about to start on another individual who came in after us if we were going to be served next.

I would give 5 stars but the last time I went the older gentleman totally ignored a cut on my finger that was healing and made me bleed 3 times. It was really painful too when he filled my nail and tore open the scab. Then on the top coat he did a really bad job and it was super streaky. I went someplace else and had them redone a few days later. The female owner is absolutely wonderful, literally the best at doing nails. But unfortunately when you don’t make an appt and do a walk in you get whoever is available. They also don’t have a great selection of dip powder colors. If you want dip powder, Your options are very limited.

This is the only place I will go for my nails and toes. I’ve been coming here for 12 years . I’ve never had a bad service. This is my forever nail place!! I used to have really bad ingrown toenails. I had been to podiatrists that would cut them out but Lisa and her people fixed them for good. I have not had issues in the last 2 years because they know how to cut nails. Not only that but I’m on my feet a lot. My pedicures help with the issues I have with being on my feet for hours. I will continue to pay top notch for the services. My nails look so good. They do exactly what I ask. I’ve seen them bend over backwards for clients so if you come on here and say they don’t, your just being nasty. I love this place

Their communication skills are minimal, therefore I walked out of there spending and extra $15 dollars on a stupid nail polish. Had I known it was going to have cost $15 more, I certainly would have gotten a different kind. Seriously, $15 on a nail polish?? When I called to complain, they could not have cared less. I’ve been going to Lisa’s shop since it was located on Evans and Broadway. They do an excellent job and most importantly they are warm,friendly, reasonably priced and courteous. I would recommend them hands down to any other nail shop in the neighborhood!
