My nails are beautiful. I was very pleased when they were done. I held off on the review because I wanted to see how they held up. 9 days later, I’ve already had 2 pop off. I had a dip with tips. My natural nail is very short. So, I will probably give it another shot before I find somewhere else.

I’ve been going to nail salons consistently for 9 years in multiple cities and this place was by far superior to even high end salons I’ve been to in bigger cities. The friendliness and attention to detail was unmatched. I know a lot of peoples biggest complaint is going to salons and leaving with it not being what you want and they were too afraid to say anything but they stopped each step of the way to make sure I liked my nails. I think everyone in Knoxville should have the pleasure of having a pedicure done by DP at least once in their lives. I’ve been going to nail salons consistently for 9 years in multiple cities and this place was by far superior to even high end salons I’ve been to in bigger cities. The friendliness and attention to detail was unmatched. I went looking for a new nail salon because I am very picky about the shape of my nails and I don’t like solid colors on my nails. I walked in an was immediately greeted by Becky or Rebecca….she was super friendly, patient, understanding and very helpful. I found the design I wanted and was immediately placed with a nail tech….unfortunately I had to leave because I ran out of time for another appointment. I wasn’t happy with my nails and Rebecca assured me to come back after my appointment and they would fix it. I was put with David for my pedicure who was AMAZING! I did the most expensive pedicure and worth every penny! Then …Tony completely re -did my nails… I explained how I wanted it and I’ll be damn if he didn’t do the most AWESOME JOB on my nails!!!! I will definitely be coming back and Tony will be the only one to do my nails!!! It’s an hour away from me and totally worth it!!!!!!!

I researched nail salons in Knoxville after having a bad experience at one that was recommended. The reviews for Broadway looked pretty good, so I made my appointment. DP did my pedicure – it was amazing! Hot stones, scrubs, hot towel wraps. So relaxing and DP puts your right at ease. If you want a gorgeous pedicure and some me time, go see him!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBEYOND DISAPPOINTED!! This place can recommended so I took my friend for her birthday to get our pedicures and nails done. My friend left with 4 CUTS ON HER NAILS! All of which drew blood! Not just 1 cut but 4!!! Also her nails were uneven, rough all over, bumps and bubbles and rough edges. When this was brought to the owners attention he refused to comp the nails for her. He said he offered us a “discount” but couldn’t let us not pay for the awful nails and multiple cuts she received. He didn’t give me the discount he said he would in the end anyway! Completely unprofessional, will never attend again. Also one of the employees askedMe what I wanted for my nails and as I was showing her the picture she snatched my phone from me and disappeared for 15 minutes!! The guy next to her station asked what I wanted and I told him and he had to go get her to return my phone back to me. Completely insane!!! I have not been to Broadway Nail Bar since it opened a few years ago. I had a bad experience and stopped going. My usual girl was booked so I gave Broadway Nail Bar another chance. Myself and my 2 daughters received excellent care. Our nails are beautiful. We did have an appointment. We probably waited 30 minutes. The salon was packed. It’s the holiday season. The salon was sufficiently staffed. Everyone was working very hard. The receptionist done a great job keeping clients moving. Even with an appointment, you may have to wait. Who cares? I would much rather see a salons busy with repeat clients and wait a few minutes for an exceptional service.
