With an additional Syracuse office located inside of Golden Finesse Beauty Spa, Jasmine Jackson, LMT offers a wide array of therapeutic massage services including • Medical, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Sports. With add ons like : Hot / Cold Towels, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Stretch to increase flexibility, mobility, and longevity. Jasmine is currently taking clients and patients in Rome daily, and in Syracuse twice monthly. In home sessions available daily. In home visits come with an applicable travel fee based on miles away the office ($5/10 miles) All sessions by appointment ONLY $40 ZELLE deposit required to book

Swedish massage
Starting at $65 for 30 minutes – Swedish massage is for general relaxation. Using broader strokes to gently ease muscle tension and increase circulation		From $65.00
Deep tissue massage
Starting at $85 for 30 minutes – deep tissue is designed to relieve the body of the trigger points and adhesions that CAUSE muscular pain. Deep tissue involves slow connective tissue strokes that penetrate deep layers of muscle. we recommend 1-2 areas per session for true deep tissue work		From $85.00
Prenatal massage
All prenatal clients must be AT LEAST 12 weeks along. Prenatal massage helps manage pain, anxiety, fluid collection / stagnation, and fertility. Done in a side lying position with a body pillow for support, prenatal massage is the perfect aide during and after your pregnancy. (Postpartum 6 weeks)		From $95.00
Hot stone massage
Not available for in home sessions Add hot stones to any session (prenatal excluded) to increase relaxation and circulation		$15.00
Aromatherapy
Add essential oil to any session for added relaxation		$5.00
Stretching
Assisted Stretching can increase flexibility and mobility / range of motion, and ease muscular tension. Stretching services can be done to any body part in any session type.		$10.00
Sports massage
Done either in the massage chair for shorter sessions (5-15 minutes) or on the massage table (up to 30 minutes only). Sports massage is vigorous and extremely beneficial for waking up muscles before a sporting event, and calming them down / flushing out toxins after a sporting event.		From $10.00
Chair massage
5-15 minute chair massages are perfect for large gatherings or those seeking a quick burst of energy and muscular relaxation.		From $5.00
