Not happy with my service from Mallory. My hair cut turned into a disaster that involved several stylists and the manager trying to fix. I walk away with much more cut than anticipated, and a very uneven cut, and my face framing hairs very uneven and a large gap. Upon my original appointment, the wrong hair treatment was recommended to me by the receptionist, which had it happened my color would have been stripped from my hair potentially. When the stylist was cutting my hair I kept telling her that she’s cutting too much too far into my hair (she was cutting my bangs) and she would go in to a different section of my bangs and cut further.

Critical: QualityI recently moved to Tipp and was looking for a new stylist. I felt very confident about this place because it was one of the highest rated salons here. I’m not normally one to complain but when it comes to hair you have to walk around with it and it’s not something you should be messing up on especially someone who told me she had done hair for over 30 years. My hair was cut unevenly with long strands in the back. I asked for layers and she cut my hair straight across with nothing added. I wanted honey blonde all over color and she gave me highlights only. You could still see the inches of roots I had before she started. She also didn’t take the color she did do to my roots and even missed spots on the pieces she did dye. She didn’t have time to dry or style my hair which isn’t a big deal at all but I didn’t get to actually see the finished product until I got home and let my hair dry. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a stylist as far as her work. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend going there because I’m sure there are plenty of wonderful stylist that work there. This is a wonderful salon. From the moment you walk in, it feels cozy and warm. Moya was my stylist and she is absolutely top-notch. She took her time with me, listened to my concerns and seemed to perform a miracle with my cut and color! . Excellent location. Meticulously clean and pretty salon. I could not be happier. Highly recommend.
