Went to Brenda for a little over a little over a year as I don’t like changing solans because people keep messing up my hair. She originally did great on the first hair cut and first balayage. I waited a year to get colored again as I don’t like processing my hair that much. Well not only have my last two hair cuts been way less than satisfactory but I now have to go somewhere to have my hair fixed as this balayage she burned my hair and I have to go have it cut off… she booked another haircut in the middle of my services and when I said it was too hot I was told yea it does that. Then proceeded with her haircut before rinsing my hair out. The foils were literally burning the back of the neck and left with my hair melted and frizzing everywhere. Even though I paid for a conditioning treatment in the dye and after the dye. Sad I have to now find a place that knows what they are doing and pray my hair comes back the way it was
