Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI brought both of my boys (ages 5 & 9) in for cuts. The Broadway Barber Lounge was extremely accommodating. Jay took the time to make sure both boys got the cuts they wanted, while also making sure their cuts were sharp and clean. My older boy has a nuisance cowlick, and Jay made sure it wasn’t obvious in his cut. I brought both of my boys (ages 5 & 9) in for cuts. The Broadway Barber Lounge was extremely accommodating. Jay took the time to make sure both boys got the cuts they wanted, while also making sure their cuts were sharp and clean. My older boy has a nuisance cowlick, and Jay made sure it wasn’t obvious in his cut. Overall, the boys got awesome cuts at a fair price from a great local business – I’d recommend them to anyone.

Critical: CleanlinessHave only been there twice and I got to say that the shop is not clean. The very first time I went, I worked with Geno(the owner) he did a great job cutting my hair and provided me a great service. The second time I wanted a haircut, I ended up booking with one of his apprentice because I had to attend an event and everywhere else was booked. At first the apprentice seemed to be knowing what he was doing but ended up extending the cut from an hour long to three hours. Wanted a beard trimmed and shape up, and he ended up slicing my face and I’m not even sure if he even changed the blade on his straight razor. I asked him for a napkin because I was bleeding and he ended up touching my cuts with one of the dirtiest styptic pencil which had other clients dried blood on it like how can you play with someone’s health? I will not be going there again.
