Usually a great job, but I had a woman this time and I’m not to happy with it. As you can see she didn’t even paint ALL of my little nails. Like, why isn’t it painted to my cuticle? I tried to explain she didn’t paint my whole nail but the language barrier, and I just got irritated. I’ll go back and request the guy I had before, he did a wonderful job. Not this lady.

I have gone here before but this time I was rushed. $50 for a 15 minute pedicure. When she was using the scraper on my feet she was rough when using it and fast that she took a chunk out of my big toe on the front part. Then when it came to the massage part I had to tell her not so rough she was digging into my leg muscle it was not pleasant at all.

They rushed my pedicure and left it incomplete. Consequently was under 25 minutes too when normally, my pedicures have usually been about 40 min. They didn’t even apologize and still charged me full price. The person who worked on me was also very rude and didnt even tell me that she was done, she just walked away. My feet still have callouses and it still hurts to walk because of he halfdone job. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I recently had the worse experience with this Nail spot. I went to get a full set and the girl Van Nyugen, was very aggressive. I told her she was hurting me and all she said was she’s just cutting my cuticles. At the end, she goes over my cuticles again and made one of them bleed. After this happened, i ask if they can compensate me for the injury. The girl upfront told me they don’t do any discounts and that “mistakes happen”. Just be aware if they “accidentally” hurt you, they will not do anything about it or even apologize. This is unfortunate as I was a long time customer. I will be taking my business else where.

After being a customer for over 6 years coming in every two weeks being late (and calling ahead that I am running late) caused in a canceled appointment. Knowing they always book me for 90 minutes and having told them i didn’t need a design which wouldn’t put them behind. No loyalty to customers. And no customer service(leyna). Disappointed that I spent this amount of time.

Amber was awesome. Totally worth the price. I love that they have an express pedicure. I had the spa peso and the sugar scrub was the best. My feet feel like a baby’s bottom. I definitely recommend compared to other salons in the area.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in for a gel manicure with matching regular pedicure. They sent me over to pick a gel color from samples that were within a glass case —I asked if they had matching colors in regular polish— I was told yes.I ended up picking a pale peach —they started with my nails and with the first finger nail I noticed the color looked nothing like a pale peach, but more like a bubblegum pink. I was on a time constraint so I didn’t wanna start over I just figured I’d deal with it —color was still cute— even though not what I wanted.After my manicure they send me over for a pedicure and realize they don’t have a matching color— they then told me that some they have some they don’t. Well that would’ve been good information before picking my color. So a woman, who I believe was either the manager or owner, tried to help me find a nail polish that matched closely. Nothing matched perfectly we tried to pick one that was close when we held it up to my fingernails. So now I’m sitting down to the pedicure— the first toenail I see that the color does not match very well with my fingernails and I show the nail technician— The color is more of a coral for my fingernails are now bubblegum pink—they tell me I am welcome to go pick a color that matches. I tell them we already tried to find a match and this was the closest one. I mean what am I supposed to do at this point?! The most frustrating experience I’ve ever had any nail salon and then to have my bill be $90. I asked to speak to the manager again because I wanted to ask for a discount because it’s ridiculous that I specifically asked for matching colors and then I’m leaving with two colors that aren’t even in the same tone. It is not the customers job to find matching colors. The manager seemed irritated that I was even asking and gave me 10% off only the manicure which took four dollars off—what a joke. This is my second time here and Simon has done my pedicure both times. He is efficient, quick but takes his time to polish toes to perfection! I am a nail tech as well and he is the best technician I have ever had that shapes and polishes my toes just the way I like it, the way I would do it myself. Love him for my pedicures! Thank you again Simon.
