Been twice for a couples massage and it was the most dark, relaxing, best massage I have ever had. Very very quiet and they are all so very professional too. I have a lot of back problems and the gentleman who worked on me both times got every knot out that was needed. Each room is also themed which as makes it that much more unique. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out you feel extremely relaxed. Highly recommend this place. Make sure you make an appointment tho, they do close fairly early on Saturdays so plan ahead!

I appreciate that they offer a discount for first time and regular customers. I get an hour massage from Ryan once a month. He does a great job and always hones in on the exact spots that need attention. It often hurts like hell, but that’s why I go – I need it! To be clear, I like a strong massage so that’s what I request and that’s what I get because of the benefits. The space is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Their hours make it easy to always find a time that fits my schedule. Trying to get a person on the phone can be a challenge so I’m knocking off half a star for that, but you can schedule appointments using the MindBody app, which is very convenient. They are also responsive to email.

I got a Groupon from my husband for my birthday. It was pretty booked but it wasn’t a big deal waiting to get a massage. The ambiance is very relaxing and it’s really nicely set up and decorated. Ryan was absolutely amazing! He focused on my problem areas and was very knowledgeable especially considering that he has been doing massage for over 20 years! I am definitely coming back!

Natalie was amazing! This was my first massage and I had been training and was experiencing painful shin splints. Natalie was very patient with me and paid special attention to my shins (and even gave me tips for at-home care). Since the massage, I have been able to run longer, with very minimal pain in my shins (if at all). The atmosphere at Broad Ripple Massage Practice is very calm and relaxing. It was a wonderful experience overall and I highly recommend. I can’t wait for my next appointment! 🙂

I’m so disappointed in this company. The lack of professionalism and organization exhibited by this business literally brought me to tears. After receiving a couples massage as a birthday gift from my brother I was so excited for a chance to relax and be pampered. However, my experience was anything but that. I got the run around for 4 weeks trying to get on their schedule because people had supposedly quit. I had to constantly call and leave voicemail messages along with my husband (we probably called 20 times between the two of us) before someone finally got us on the schedule. A month goes by and it’s finally time to enjoy my birthday gift. Wrong. Upon arriving we are told that once again, some therapists quit and our appointment must have been deleted from the system upon their exit. No one called us to reschedule the appointment or even apologized to us for what happened. She offered to let us reschedule but I was so done with this company. Avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I’ve received a massage on Groupon as a gift from my boyfriend, I called them to scheduled an appointment, they chose the day and time. They cancelled the appointment and they had me reschedule, I schedule again on their time and she calls to reschedule. I’m like, I’m done…..they get no stars from me. Disappointed but I’m going else where for my 1st massage. Bad Business. So technically, I never could get in for the massage.
