A fantastic traditional barber shop with good prices and perfect hair every time. The entire staff is experienced and professional. I can walk in, take the next available chair and never worry about a bad cut, regardless of who does it. The wait time is usually minimal and even when packed, they keep it moving.

There are several barber shops that one might consider when searching Altoona and I have been to most of them. Broad ave. Barber shop is the one that I have chosen and I highly recommend it. The staff is very courteous on the phone when making appointments, as well as in house. They have business hours that will work for most people’s schedule to include Saturdays. Their price is fair and competitive for the area. Furthermore, I have given it 5 stars because of the professionalism of the one barber that I will schedule with over any barber in Altoona. His name is Jose. He is a very skilled barber, up to date with current trends, friendly and courteous.
