I needed a spray tan for an upcoming wedding (I was maid of honor), and was recommended by friends to go to Broad Appeal. I was greeted by Rhonda, the owner, who walked me through the steps and rules of this tan! I was very nervous that I would look too orange or dark for the wedding, but Rhonda assured me that it would be perfect! I got the tan and was given strict instructions on what to do and not to do in order for the tan to develop and last. Ten minutes later, I took a sip of water and accidentally dumped water down my neck, washing away part of my tan. I was DEVASTATED as the wedding was in three days and quickly called up Rhonda. Rhonda knew exactly what to do by washing off the tan I just got, and welcomed me back the next day to re-apply the tanner. Rhonda was AMAZING. She consoled me, fixed me, and gave me the full second tan for free! I’m going to attach pictures of what it looked like after I spilled water, and then what it looked like at the wedding. She is an amazing business owner and a kind, caring individual! I will certainly come back for other services. Oh, and my tan looked absolutely perfect for the wedding!!

I’ve been a customer of Rhonda since way back when. I cannot recall a time when I didn’t leave her salon without feeling great about my color, my cut, style of my hair and about myself. Her talent with scissors, blowdryer and mixing of hair color is unsurpassed. She is, in a word, superfabulousamazing! I woke up this morning fearing my hair would be a mess as I went to bed with my hair a bit damp.
