Had an appointment scheduled today at 5:30 pm arrived early …. I have alot thick hair. Minute I sit down Libby has a straight face doesn’t even say anything. Then mid blow says I don’t want to injure my arm again? Once again this could’ve been avoided before I sat down. Yes I was upset after working 12 hour shift the last thing I needed. Very unprofessional overall. Front desk had nothing say nor apologize.
