Here is the definition of a modern hair salon. The owner does an excellent job at keeping up the shop. Her bathroom is always clean and the ambience of the place is very hip! Take note of her ever changing interior design and decoration–amazing taste!

Went to schedule my app on Wednesday and the owner said she could put me for Friday in the afternoon, either at 2, 2:30, or 3. Decided to go with 2:30. Friday comes around and as I’m getting ready at 1:30 I get a voicemail (I have horrible service so usually don’t get calls but voicemail works great) from the owner of Brits saying that I missed my appointment and that I should’ve called to cancel and that she was not happy with me. I immediately tried to call back because I have been wanting my hair dyed for awhile now and hearing this voicemail gave me anxiety. Well I figured there was a misunderstanding so I headed to the salon arrived around 2:20 only to find out it was closed and neither of her phone numbers worked. Either way my hopes were up and I was very discouraged. Waited till Monday to see if she would call with an apology (since I did leave voicemails explaining that my app was at 2:30 and not before) but it’s past 2 o’clock and still nada. My advise is to maybe have her write down the app date and time on her business card and hand those out so there isn’t another confusion like this… again.
