This is my second time. The first time it was mediocre. A year later I made my second attempt there would be a better . To my surprise, it was worst. Let me put it this way, if you want a good hair wash & your hair straightened, then this is the place to go. I had asked to have rollers done & they situated me to a dryer that had a secretarial chair. When I asked to take a spot at a dryer w/ a dryer & chair unit, I was told they don’t work well. I specifically asked for a certain style & the hair stylist said it’s didnt matter what hairstyle I wanted – the rollers go back . After my hair was dried, I asked her not to use a certain brush which she twice continued to use. I asked for a part & to have my hair curled at the ends, again she ignored me & styled my hair straight. I speak Spanish & clearly mentioned my preferred style. So again if you want a good wash & your hair straightened – go to this place , otherwise seek out another because the only creation done here is to have your hair straightened.
