I recently had a family member go to this salon. She said her hair came out great, but after getting her eyebrows waxed, she came home with an awful burn on the bottom half of her eyebrow. Even though she had mostly a good experience there, the business should be better about waxing procedures and making sure they are keeping wax temperatures at a safe degree for their customers.
