The entire staff is friendly & they pamper you during your visit. My coat was taken for me, I was asked if I wanted any water, & Judy made sure I was comfortable in the chair!!! I love the suggestions they offer for treating your hair without pressure to buy. I also thoroughly enjoy getting my nails Dipped. There are plenty of color options to choose from & Kim makes the best suggestions when I am undecided. LOVE BRIO!!!
