I’m a new patient with the aesthetics department with Kayla. After nervously and hesitantly signing up for BBL treatment, I was beyond pleased with the results just after the first session. There was temporary and momentary pain with the procedure (described appropriately as “spicy”), but no down time and I was able to work that day! The results after just 2 weeks were very noticeable…lighter dark spots, reduced creases around my smile line, more radiant complexion. Since then, I’ve been asked several times about my skin care secrets! I can’t wait to see the final results once all 4 sessions are complete!

In the last week my body started rejecting lip filler that I had gotten months ago before moving to Greenville from Texas. I was naturally freaking out and called Brio to ask if they could dissolve my filler. Kristen was so incredibly nice and answered all of my questions over the phone. I was able to book a same day appt and had my filler quickly dissolved! I understand that I got very lucky by catching Brio on a day where they could see me right away- and I would expect to make an appt next time without any problem. But today’s luck and Kristen’s kindness was really heaven sent today and I am very thankful for Brio!

I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this office and had been looking forward to a visit for months! My appointment was today at 2pm. I scheduled this afternoon off of work almost 2 months ago and showed up today only to be told they had no record of my appointment on the books. Everyone was nice, but what left a bad taste in my mouth was the lack of accountability on their end for the scheduling mishap. I own a salon and I operate on a client book myself and I would have handled the situation quite differently.
