Critical: Professionalism, QualityEveryone was rude and stuck up. I asked to schedule hair services in the future I wanted to get some ombre highlights in my hair, the stylist refused. She made disgusting faces the entire time. Something tells me she has never seen a redhead before, as she claimed she doesn’t know how to work on red hair. The receptionist was equally as rude. Everyone was rude and stuck up. I asked to schedule hair services in the future I wanted to get some ombre highlights in my hair, the stylist refused. She made disgusting faces the entire time. I LOVED my experience at Brindle and Blonde. The salon is so bright and wide open. I don’t feel crammed in there, and I felt like I had one on one attention with my most favorite hair stylist in West Michigan (and co-owner of B&B), Jamie Brinks! I definitely leave Brindle & Blonde feeling way better– not only do I get an amazing hair cut, I get good conversation, sometimes a glass of wine, and a comfortable, modern atmosphere.

Brindle Blonde has fabulous care. I love they are up on the best products and hair trends. They are experts in hair extensions and by far the best in West Michigan. My favorite is Sarah but are all professional and you cannot go wrong with anyone of the stylist. They are by far the Best of the Best at Brindle and Blonde.
