My daughter had an appointment and arrived to a dark office. She calls and is informed she didn’t confirm her appointment via email. No email was sent and my daughter waited outside for over an hour and still hasn’t heard back over 24 hours later! Why did you take her CC Info to hold the appointment in the first place? This appointment was FOR HER WEDDING! Thank you for jerking us around, wasting our time, and no apology, no return phone call. Now she’s scrambling for another place to go last minute! Unprofessional!!!! Edit: Lame response months after I gave this original review. My daughter gave her CC so that you could take the deposit. No deposit was taken, no email was received. So obviously someone on your end messed up. She has still not received a call back from when she waited for an hour in your parking lot waiting for a response after she was told to stand by and wait for someone to call her. What kind of business conducts in this manner???
