I just went to Brighton Nails for the first time since moving to the area. I called to make an appointment and was quickly scheduled in for the next day at my requested time. I found that Brighton Nails is a cute and cozy atmosphere and very clean and tidy. The technicians are kind and helpful. They also had more dip powder colors than I had seen at any other nail salon I had been to! I got a lovely pink, they came out beautifully, I had a good conversation, and the pricing is fair! Thank you Brighton Nails, will be back in a few weeks!

So I have an issue with not just ingrown a but like a little bit of hard skin under the nail on the sides of my big toes. Not everyone can get them or even try and there’s only been one person I’ve been able to find to do that. I’ve been going to her for 10 years. I moved to Brighton and was going to the big nail salon I won’t say any names and they are horrible with the pedicures so I said let me try this place and I’m beyond impressed. You cannot judge a book by its cover this place is small and next to a huge place that looks super fancy so it over shadows it but Brighton nails by far has done a better pedicure than any salon I’ve been too with the exception of the lady I was seeing for 10 years. This is my new favorite place to go for a pedicure!

Service is great. A very clean place, employees are very nice and welcoming. We have been coming here for 15 years and would definitely recommend. Can be busy during the weekend and in the evenings. Na ( the owner) is the best! The girls know their job!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI will NEVER Come back to this salon. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. They don’t honor appointments, they way over charged me and when the tech could tell I was annoyed with the entire process she decides to tell me most salons won’t even do refills because they make more money with gel (I have never had any issues getting my nails refilled ) . So she literally up charged me because she didn’t want to do acrylic. Why didn’t she just tell me no when I called to book my appointment FOR AN ACRYLIC REFILL??!! I would have happily gave my money to another salon. On top of all that she cut me at least twice with the dermal. The nails are oooookay at best. AWFUL experience. I will never be back.There are too many amazing techs out here for these salons to be treating their customers like this.I will NEVER Come back to this salon.
