Well after reading all these bad reviews I thought I would leave mine! I was extremely satisfied. I myself had a 30 min foot massage, the guy was great. I was not cohorts to get any longer massage nor leave a bigger tip. My best friend, who is the reason we even came to this place had a crick in her neck and could not even move it. We drove all the way to this mall from Whitehaven to get her this massage. She got the 30 back. Her guy was great and she could now move her neck. We had a great experience and pressure is what to expect, if you can’t take it go have your child give you a massage.

Husband and I stopped in for a 20 minute bed massage. I was asked SEVERAL times to move up to the 30 minute massage for “only $10 more”. That alone almost made me leave, because i repeatedly told them i only wanted the 20 minute one. But I ended up caving thinking it’s only $10 and it could be good. They were extremely rough on both of us. One day later and we are both in a lot of pain and none in a good way. I was almost crying by the time we left, they dug into us with their elbows like nothing I have ever had done before, and I’ve had several massages done. My husband stated at one time he went to lift his head up to tell the guy it was hurting too badly and the guy literally pushed his head back down. I feel like we just completely wasted $60.

I visited the Wolfchase location on Friday evening. I left there in extreme pain and nauseous. I got a neck and back massage. 20 minutes in and I had enough. A day later I’m in more than than when I went with a bruise on my back. What I thought was going to be a quick fix turned into in the bed all day afterwards.

I came in for a 30 minute massage in the chair and the lady convinced me to lay down the massage would be better at the same price 32.00 dollars, so after I laid down this guy takes my socks off and began to massage my feet so I asked him was it included he then showed me the board showing me that it was a extra 35.00. I let him proceed so once everything was done it was 67.00 I used my debit card she then asked me to leave a tip once I put the tip on she was like that’s it for 2 people I’m like WOW! I will go to a massage parlor next time and pay for the services that I asked for.

Great massage but when it came time to pay I left a tip and he wasn’t satisfied. Wanted me to tip all 3 of them. I enjoyed my massage but I would probably NEVER come back here again. Who’s to say that I had the extra money for a tip. A massage for 2 people was already $200 and I don’t think we were massaged the entire time we were here.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWas a total waste of time! We arrived a little before 5 on a Sunday (close at 6) and were told they had time for us before closing. After eating 1 hour, the guy came out and said they were closing in 10 minutes and “you know this”. I understand businesses having a closing time, but have a sign with a time telling people you can’t accept customers after a certain point. At least 6 of us were turned away after waiting (we were the longest waiting). I found it extremely rude after we had been told they would have time. Obviously, they don’t care about the customer; just about how many dollars they can cram in before closing.I’ll pay more to waste less time and see a professional. Was a total waste of time! Demanded a tip so I gave her $5 and she replied $5 that’s it and took out a calculator and showed me the tip she wanted which was 25 percent of my bill. Sorry but I’m not going back.

I can’t believe this place was as good as it was. I’ve been here twice, and both times were great. You wouldn’t expect such a quality deep tissue massage in a mall to say the least. Highly recommend

I love this place. Deep tissue massage. They now have bars so they can balance while they walk on your back. I haven’t done it yet, but plan to soon.
