It was such an amazing experience that I’ve vowed to treat myself monthly by joining the Massage/Facial Club! Monica explained everything she was performing because this was my first professional facial.During my massage I had a few problem areas (neck and shoulders) and she did extra passes to work the knots out. I was in HEAVEN!! I did not want my time to end. She did an exceptional job!Margaret, the owner, comes out to greet clients and she’s wonderful. Every specialist in the spa is nice, with wonderful energy.I would recommend Brighter Image Day Spa a million times. Monica did a great job on my facial and massage- she was fun and informational, as well as very professional. I felt comfortable the entire time, and enjoyed a great pedicure at the end! I visited Brighter Image for the first time today, but it won’t be the last! Monica did a great job on my facial and massage- she was fun and informational, as well as very professional. I felt comfortable the entire time, and enjoyed a great pedicure at the end! I highly recommend coming here for some self care- I will definitely be back!

Critical: PunctualityThe reviews all sound great so we wanted to try this place, but I booked nearly a month ahead for both my daughter and myself, for 4 pm, and then the day before our appointment, they told me that one of us had to be moved to 5:30 pm.I’m not really sure how something like that happens when you book so far in advance? Seems strange. They mentioned something about only having x amount of rooms and someone else needed one. But then why book us at that time nearly a month ago? Did they overbook? I literally don’t understand how it could occur, if we already had an appointment.
