I am so glad I found Bright Side Electrolysis. I have been struggling with facial hair for so long so I decided to try electrolysis. Anna has been amazing! She has such a wonderful personality, very professional, great bedside manner and definitely knows what she is doing. She really took the time to listen to me which I really appreciated. Anna is amazing! I’ve been working with her on some unwanted hair for about four months now and we’ve started to see far less hair regrowth already. Ever since I started going to Anna for regular appointments, I noticed a huge difference and I’m definitely going to continue. A huge difference and I already feel more confident. Not only is she good at what she does, but she’s also really kind and funny! She makes sure I am comfortable throughout the appointment and we always have a good time talking. I was completely new to electrolysis but had done what any millennial does nowadays and scoured Google and Reddit for weeks to learn everything I could before making the decision to start my hair removal journey. I went to a couple of consultations in the area before landing on Anna at Bright Side. I’ve been going just about every single week since March now (so over 2 months) and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. Not only does Anna use the latest technology/machine, but I love how she spends her off hours communicating with others in the electrolysis industry to keep herself as knowledgeable as possible for her clients. Anna is also really fun to talk to and I honestly look forward to my sessions with her every week. You’re seeing this person frequently so you may as well enjoy the conversation, right? If she’s working on an area that makes it difficult to talk, we’ll put on a really fun podcast and gab about it later. Getting back to the actual hair removal- my face has tolerated it extremely well so far and we’ve made huge progress. I have medium skin tone and was a bit nervous about any hyperpigmentation but Anna is really meticulous about getting the settings right and I haven’t noticed any discoloration at all. It’s such a time, financial, and emotional investment and I’m so glad I was able to find Anna.

I can’t recommend Anna enough! I have struggled with unwanted facial hair since I was a teenager, insecure and shaving everyday, until I took the leap to start electrolysis. It was a very sensitive and difficult thing for me to do, but since my first consultation with her, she has made me feel more comfortable and confident than I thought I ever could be about the situation. Her office is very cozy and inviting, and I honestly feel like I just go to see my friend once a week and listen to good music or a podcast while she zaps my hairs haha. I never feel awkward. Only 5 sessions in and I see a HUGE difference already. I don’t even have to shave anymore. Truly LIFE CHANGING. I can’t believe I waited so long to do this.. the results are seriously incredible. 🙂
