Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked an appointment with Stephanie at Bright Salon. I had hair down to my butt, it was weighing me down and I just couldn’t take it anymore! Not only was she able to squeeze me in much sooner than expected, she was a fabulous hair dresser all the way around. Friendly, open and receptive to any ideas and changes I wanted, and kept me smiling and laughing the entire time. Olivia, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and I had a great chat with her also. They were both extremely professional, and the salon itself was clean and beautiful. I highly recommend checking them out for your next hair cut, especially with Stephanie! She is so sweet and wonderful! Thank you Bright Salon! You have made a repeat customer out of me. I booked an appointment with Stephanie at Bright Salon. I had hair down to my butt, it was weighing me down and I just couldn’t take it anymore! Not only was she able to squeeze me in much sooner than expected, she was a fabulous hair dresser all the way around. Friendly, open and receptive to any ideas and changes I wanted, and kept me smiling and laughing the entire time. Critical: QualityI’ve been here once and the girl I had did an amazing job!! I decided to come back but she wasn’t available so another girl did my hair. She was so sweet but she did a horrible job on my hair. I looked like I had a mushroom on my head. She cut my hair way to short and then she didnt cut it in layers. I was so upset and told myself never again. For me being a mixed woman with curly hair I need a salon who can handle my type of hair. I’ve been here once and the girl I had did an amazing job!! I decided to come back but she wasn’t available so another girl did my hair. She was so sweet but she did a horrible job on my hair.
