Don’t go here for a base tan! First off, I worked at 2 different tanning salons in my 25+ years of prior tanning so am not a rookie; Went here for a month prior to vacay, 2-3 times per week in level 1 & 2 beds and got no color whatsoever! On the SECOND occasion I let them know the face-tanner was still out on a bed, the OWNER tried to EXPLAIN to me that I shouldn’t worry because that’s actually a “DEFLECTOR” because your face tans fastest & you wouldn’t want it too tan, right?? WOW; if this is his education on tanning it makes me really scared about what else he doesn’t know! Nothing like the owner trying to tell you the exact opposite of the truth. I messaged him for a refund after the month to fund my purchase of sunless tanning product that I now needed and to no surprise, got no response. NOTE: I didn’t go in any higher level beds so really can’t speak to the effectiveness of those, but I can say that I haven’t seen any really TAN people ever leaving this place!

This used to be a great tanning salon and extremely convenient as it is the only one in the area. Unfortunately, the bulbs are changed so infrequently that I was no longer seeing results. As soon as I switched salons, I started seeing results and continue to see results. I would love to come back as I am a long-term customer, but it is extremely frustrating to pay for a service that fails to deliver results especially when the issue has been brought to the attention of employees several times with no changes made.
