I’ve been pierced by Tom a few times and I absolutely love how they all turned out! I can say with confidence that Tom is the only piercer I’ll be going to from now on. It’s clear throughout the whole process (preparing, piercing, results) that he’s a professional who puts a lot of care, consideration, and pride into his work. He has a gentle way about him that makes you feel comfortable and safe while getting pierced, which I haven’t found at many other shops. The shop itself is always clean. They don’t take walk-ins, which I really like because I know my appointment will never be rushed. I seriously can’t recommend this shop enough. I drive an hour each way just to get pierced here because as far as I’m concerned, there’s nowhere better. If you’re looking to get a new piercing or jewelry exchanged, I highly recommend you go to Tom!

Got a septum piercing from Tom and it could not have gone any better. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to tell me what he was doing during the piercing and was very clear about aftercare. The shop itself is very clean and he made sure to clean before and after the piercing was done. Tom was so great! One of my piercings had fallen out and I stopped at a piercing salon in my town to have them try and put it back in and they could not do it. I went to Bright Ideas and spoke with Tom and he was so professional and was able to help me with my piercing so fast!! Definitely recommend him for your next piercing !
