Thank you for a great haircut Aaron! Once I was in Aaron’s chair, the experience was great. However, I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled time before starting. Please don’t try to squeeze other clients in between appointments as it runs the experience. With that said, I am extremely pleased with my haircut. Aaron is professional and listened to what I needed done. My hair is quite thick and he did a great job thinning and styling. I will be back and hope that my appointment time is respected next time.

Great location in downtown Palm Springs! Ample parking! Welcoming atmosphere! My hair can be tricky even though it’s a simple men’s cut. Janis cut my hair for the very first time and it’s perfect! I’m definitely going back and I highly recommend Brien O’Brien Salon!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an appointment, went down to the place, hard to find parking. Tried to call as instructed, no one answered, after 10 min of walking around the block trying entrances I finally made it in to find out my appointment was canceled do to some emergency, just before my appointment time. They did send a text but maybe if your canceling 35 min before an appointment a phone call would have been a better way to go. He explained how busy they were as its in season now. Oddly I am pretty busy as well and this was 2 hours out of my day. I have to wait another week at a different salon to get an appointment which is annoying but I want to find a place that values the “locals” business.
