I was looking for a stylist in the VA-middle pennisula region for awhile, having moved to the area in 2019. My standards are high, as I’ve been getting my hair cut, styled, & colored in Chicago for 20+ years. A colleague recommended Danielle at Bridgewaters and I’m so glad she did! Danielle does a fabulous, professional job with color and highlights and especially with the haircut, as I like layers that accentuate the waves in my hair and make it easy to style. Danielle listens to all of my ideas and gives me exactly what I’m looking for–each and every time I go in. Darlene keeps the shop running, is fun and easy to talk to, and helped me navigate the online reservation system. Bridgewaters is a very special salon in the region–they perform their craft at a high level. And I am one grateful customer.

After moving to the area a few years ago, I have tried many different salons (a few were even much more pricier) and not one of them is even close to how wonderful Bridgewaters was. I knew what color I wanted my hair, but had a difficult time explaining it, and Debbie took the time to explain how different color choices would actually look once it was on my hair. The color was perfect and exactly what I wanted, I have not been this happy with my hair for years! Debbie was professional, helpful, so nice to talk to, and did an incredible job. After moving to the area a few years ago, I have tried many different salons (a few were even much more pricier) and not one of them is even close to how wonderful Bridgewaters was.
