Burned my hair with perm. My hair was straighter than it’s ever been in my life. The perm took my color out. When I called her she said for me to come back next week and she would try again. What and make me bald. The perm rods got tangled and she jerked them out. She got a tangle when she was combing it out and just cut it out. I will never go back and I resent being treated this way.
