Although I brought a photo with me for the stylist to follow, the haircut I ended up with wasn’t even close. I also asked her to cut jagged or feathered bangs. I saw her use a special scissor to do this but examining my bangs this morning, I see that whatever she did, my bangs are no shorter in length than when I went in and the ragged or feathered look I wanted turned out to be nothing more than a hopeful dream on my part. I thought about going back to have my bangs trimmed but I’m afraid of another disappointing outcome. Next time I’ll opt for the place down the road that advertises a Master stylist and hope for the best.

Made me wait 25 min for a scheduled cut, then made excuses that it was my fault! Hair cut was rushed and no effort put into it…kept trying to convince me to dye my almost black hair! Would not listen to what I wanted. So sad bc I just moved to town and was hoping to find a great local stylist. This is not it.
