I have had my makeup done professionally a handful of times and I’ve always hated it. When I reached out to them, I asked if Hannaih was available for my date because I loved the way she did more of a natural glam. When she was, I asked to do a trial with her before even booking them because I was that nervous. She knocked that out of the park and I locked them in for everything right after that. I had my real hair and makeup trial back in June with Hannaih doing my makeup and Dusti doing my hair. They again completely killed it. Dusti did a perfect updo for me and it stayed all night long. My hair was also a blonde balayage at my initial makeup trial and I impulsively dyed it red by the time I went back for the real one. We completely changed the color scheme of my makeup to match my new hair color and I loved it even more than the first one. I hate top eyeliner and Hannaih made my eyes look incredible without any of it. She also ended up doing makeup for my grandma, and used my grandma’s personal stuff because that was what she was comfortable with.

From the moment I met her at my trial she was SO receptive, listened to what I wanted and made everything work even though my hair is very thin. She was kind, personable and all of my worries and fears of hating my hair diminished after my trial. On the day of my wedding 8/28/21 Courtney did my hair and my mother’s hair. They will take your deposit for wedding hair and makeup and then cancel on you months later. The way they handled this mistake was so insensitive, showed absolutely no ownership, and there was no effort to rectify the situation. Your big day is too important to trust in a company that doesn’t honor contracts and will drop you without notice (or help). If you hire them, don’t trust they will be there to honor your contract.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityBEWARE! This place treated my fiancé very poorly. It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but this experience deserves attention because the owner was so unprofessional and rude it was mind blowing. Complete disregard for customer service. We were just looking to give feedback and what had transpired with the stylist not delivering what was wanted and having such a severe attitude, it was outlandishly awkward and embarrassing for the whole establishment. I couldn’t wait to get out of here. It was so unwelcoming and far from any type of experience you want while paying for a service. Please just continue your search.
