Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityOn our wedding day last October, Bridal Beauty Detroit did the hair and makeup for myself, my girls and the moms, and they did an amazing job! They came to the site where we were getting ready, and everything was a breeze. Sylvia and her team were super professional, and helpful. We had 10 girls total, and they finished everyone on time, and hair and makeup held up all night. Only thing I would say made me a little nervous was how long the contract was. I was worried it was not going to go well and that is why she had such a long contract. Luckily everything worked out perfect, but this may deter some brides. On our wedding day last October, Bridal Beauty Detroit did the hair and makeup for myself, my girls and the moms, and they did an amazing job! They came to the site where we were getting ready, and everything was a breeze. Sylvia and her team were super professional, and helpful. We had 10 girls total, and they finished everyone on time, and hair and makeup held up all night. Only thing I would say made me a little nervous was how long the contract was. Critical: Quality, ValueMy wedding day was 08/28/21 and i held off on my review so long because i been very upset about how her team ruined my big day. I will not recommend anyone to do business with Sylvia all she is interested in is to take your money and have the contract signed. The girls she sent over for hair and makeup were inexperienced. The makeup artist that showed came in with cheap 10$ makeup pallets and cheap foundation. Literally all of my girls including myself had to wipe off ours faces and redo our makeup with our own stuff. As far as the the hairstylist that was sent she had a bad attitude the whole time and did not listen to what the girls wanted for thier hair and to the point where i had to redo our hair through the day because our curls and updos wouldnt hold. We ended up postponing our wedding to 2021 and Sylvia was very kind and flexible when it came to changing our date. On the day of my wedding, Cheryln did everyone’s hair and my makeup. We accidentally blew the fuse in our room and waited 30 minutes to get the power back on, but she still finished everyone’s hair and makeup early! One of my bridesmaids has curly hair which can sometimes be tricky, and Cheryln was able to style it beautifully! I personally have very fine hair that’s difficult to style, often doesn’t hold a curl, and doesn’t have a lot of volume. She put my extensions in and I was so happy with how much volume my hair had. It also held the style and curls all day! As for my makeup, I did the airbrush foundation and my skin looked super smooth. I cried multiple times that day and I still had my makeup fully in tact at the end of the night. We ended up postponing our wedding to 2021 and Sylvia was very kind and flexible when it came to changing our date. On the day of my wedding, Cheryln did everyone’s hair and my makeup.
