Very inconsistent. Sometimes they do a good job. Sometimes you make an appointment and have to wait 20 minutes still. Most of the time the barbers are way more interested in talking to each other than cutting your hair. They will regularly stop in the middle when their conversations get super exciting for them. The atmosphere is like a teenage pajama party. Very unprofessional. I’m finally throwing in the towel and finding a new barber.

Absolutely the best barbershop in town. Brice and company provide a great cut, reasonable price, and even better conversation. Be sure to book online! They’ll try to fit you in if you don’t, but you’re better off booking online and skipping the wait. They give back to the community as well, which is what makes them a staple in Pasadena.

I was informed by the owner the best way to have a haircut during Covid was to set an appointment on line. I did today for 5:40. I arrived by 5:30 and patiently waited for my scheduled barber. As 5:40 approached, the barber finished the person before me. As I was expecting to be taken next, the barber I was scheduled with took another person before me. It was his 5:20 appointment. Now, if this person had been waiting before me I would of easily understood the barber was running behind schedule. But the issue is this other customer did not even walk into the shop till after 5:30. Obviously late for his appointment. I questioned why the person late for his appointment was taken before me. The barber responded that he, the barber was running late. What kind of stupid response was that? Does Brice’s barber shop follow the appointment system or not? That barber must believe their customers are simply ignorant.

I was in town for the holidays and looking for a decent place to get my haircut. I saw the good reviews for Brice’s and decided to give it a try. I walked in around noon and was able to get a chair almost immediately. Patrick cut my hair and did a fantastic job. He did exactly what I asked for and took his time and paid attention to the small details. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be looking forward to getting my haircut there from now on whenever I am in town.
